Summer Art:: Assignments 4 & 5... late getting up here!!

Size: 15"x 12"
Use of Color: Done in charcoal.
Description: My Jim Dine inspiration assignment for AP Summer Art. Heavy charcoal is found in most all of his tool drawings. This is a drawing of my dad's Swiss Army knife.
Opinion: I like the way it turned out for the most part. Almost every edge to the scissors, corkscrew, and body of the knife had reflections from the light, and they were very skinny lines. I used a stick of charcoal (?) for nearly all of it, and then went back and erased and touched it up with white and black charcoal pencils.
Grade: I would give myself a 94. I feel like I did a good job, and used the space well.
